As someone with very dry eyes I was looking for some help, I noticed a review for these capsules saying that they made their eyes too wet, so I immediately thought this is what I need. These capsules are very good, I've gone from eye drops 2/3 times a day to maybe once every 2/3 days. Easy to swallow, and I'm hoping that as time goes on I won't need my eye drops. They also have vitamin A in them which is good for eye health.

This helps improve eye health. I can read better without my glasses too. I watched a video on the discovery of the health benefits of lutein. Found in berries and beetroot (see note below). Then bought this vitamin for easy supplement to my diet. Wish someone had told me about eye health diet years ago. One pill a day is easier than eating a lot of beetroot. As I love pickles, I have both. AI: Beetroot supports eye health through high levels of antioxidants, specifically LUTEIN and zeaxanthin, which protect against age-related macular degeneration (AMD) and cataracts. Its high nitrate content improves circulation to the eyes, while vitamin C and iron support retinal health.

Only been taking these for a week or so, so far so good, easy to take, good price

It's too soon to give a proper review as I have only started the eye health vitamins. They are great so far!

After two weeks of taking this supplement daily, I can’t say I’ve noticed much improvement. It hasn’t caused any problems, which is good, but I also haven’t seen clear benefits yet. Maybe it works better in the long term, so I’ll keep trying it.
