Why does this not contain the blockers needed to make sure the arms come in and dont stick out?

This product is incomplete delivered, some bolts are missing and no check list about what the box contains, and no build up hand booklet you have to guess what is going were, never again will I purchase this product again!!!.

Pivoting arm link not fitting.

The pivoting arm link is too big to fit into the front of the awning so I am unable to connect the arms to it. Did anyone else have this issue. Awaiting on a reply from the seller.Definitely a two person assembly.

Absolute nightmare install, and stil not right

What a nightmare. this builder with 30 years of experience, a gas engineer and a shop manager tried to install this in November 2021. The first attempt and the tie that held the extending arms together split pre-assemble and bent the arm. Got a replacement arm sent out by the excellent customer service with no issues at all.Take two! Yesterday the 30th of April 2022., got the new arm installed and fastened the whole assembly back onto the wall. All looked good until we wound out the canopy. For some odd reason, the new arm is pushing up the top of the canvas as seen in the pictures. The arms can be adjusted to change the angle of the drop, but the arm itself can not be adjusted to make it flat. At one side the extending arm does not touch the underside of the canvan and is flat, the other side with the new are touches the underside and lifts it a lot. Endless tweaks with the adjusting screws and nothing other than raising and lowering the drop. Completely lost as to what the issue is??????? I am sticking to building houses.Please see the pictures to better understand my confusing review. It does roll out, but it is not correct and does not look as it should.
