After being diagnosed with lean PCOS, I’ve been on the hunt for a supplement that would actually support my cycle and give me results. I was skeptical about inositol but can proudly say after a month of consistently using this product my last two cycles have been REGULAR and I ovulated ON TIME confirmed by a positive lh strip! I’ve done all the lifestyle habits to support my cycle with no luck and this was the one product that gave me a regular cycle back. I haven’t noticed any symptoms or other benefits from inositol but getting my cycle back was the only thing I wanted.

I have taken this for roughly a year. Maybe a little longer. I have PCOS and endometriosis. When I first started taking it, I lost 10 pounds within a month or so. I really don’t know if it’s doing anything or not but I’ve continued taking them daily. There have been no side effects and the pills are easy to swallow.

My doctor recommended this MYD Inositol for my wife to help with conception. We’ve been using it for a while now, and so far, it seems to be supporting her health well. The quality feels good, and it’s easy to take. I’m hopeful for the results as we continue the process. Definitely a solid product, though I’m keeping 4 stars until we see the final outcome!
