My personal best neck back massager from 2020-2024
I am a superfan of Medcursor neck back massagers and personally purchased them via Amazon US. I love its capability to really massage, relax, knead tense muscles and knots off around the neck. I should say Medcursor designs its neck back massagers especially with model and style MP200 with special attention, utilizing the latest, newest and effective massaging nodes mechanism to enable the whole piece of kit to become a specialist and expert in neck massaging. By this, I mean the massaging nodes can go that deep into every muscle knot that soared and tensed up. Leaping from 2020 the eight nodes for both sides of massaging central mechanism to currently 2024-25 the adoption of 16 massaging nodes unevenly sized spread throughout two sides simulating hands of a professional masseur, which effort and attention in design really pay off. I was told by the manufacturer that the latest version of MP200 was optimized for being more lightweight, easy to carry and hold, and better massaging quality due to new designs. Bravo!

Massage therapist approved!!!
I MUST SAY....being a massage therapist of 15 years and trying to find something for myself and my clients to help with their pain in between sessions has been tough. I usually tell them and show them about the tennis ball therapy on the wall (not the floor, unless you're doing Trigger Point...too hard to roll around and 'massage' yourself) which IS actually really very effective and quite the life saver. However, there are not too many utube videos of 'the wall' technique. Now, some ppl cannot maneuver and get in certain positions to roll with the ball, much less on the floor. I saw this massager at a clients house and said "Hey! Let me see that!". I was actually looking for a massager that would massage my clients hands because he is a mechanic of 40 years. I put my hand on it and seemed to be the best massager yet for this application! I bought one and am AMAZED! Not even fellow therapists can get in my shoulders and neck like this thing! Now it says neck and back but I use it down the back, on my glutes (butt), legs, hands, feet, just not on the bones. And maybe don't push down on it or lean into it too hard or you may eventually wear out the mechanism that spins the 'knuckles'. I think I'll buy 2 for whenever I wear this one out! My folks took mine, then they got their own. I think I have sent the link to at least 7 people and they ALL bought one. I'm talking within the last 2 weeks AND it ARRIVES SUPER FAST!!! So many ppl with neck and shoulder pain...LOOK NO FURTHER! Coming from a licensed massage therapist, that is a BIG DEAL! Now...it does go deep so if it's too painful when you start off you could put a towel over the 'knuckles' or double up the towel (maybe check with the manufacturer...i wouldn't want to give bad advice). I would also turn the heat off if you do that. Also, you could try not putting your arms in the arm sling because the weight of your arms pulls in down harder on the neck and shoulders, maybe just hold the ends in that case. But I like it deep so I actually push down a bit with my arms and lean in on it with some pillows behind me sitting up in bed. If you are super sore at first (feels bruised) or if you've never really had someone rub on it, you could be hypersensitive. It may get less sensitive over the next few times you use it (if it is a muscular issue that is). I had a client love it so much and it felt so good to her that she sat with it the first night for an hour then she was super sore the next day. I recommend starting easy and work up to it like anything new. Sorry for the novella but I hope this is uber helpful! NOW GO BUY ONE (for a gift) and BUY 2 for yourself AND GET SOME RELIEF!!! Happy moaning LOL!

Great but not for me
It worked well, however, I have a sensitive body/skin and the lowest massage they have is still too hard for me. My husband liked it but this was bought for me. I wish they have lower level…

Must Have!!
This is amazing!! I was a little skeptical at first, but I have a lot of neck and shoulder pain, so I gave it a try. It really helps relieve the pain and has helped a tingling I’ve had in my neck recently. I prefer products that are not wireless. I prefer a cord, because in my experience, anything that has to be charged does not last long, so this massager is perfect. The heat is at the perfect temperature, you can adjust the speed of massage, and you can change the direction. It can also be used on other muscles. I’ve used it on my hips, legs and feet as well. Very versatile.

Exceeded Expectations
I have been hesitant to buy one of these and have looked at them for a few months before i finally purchased this one. I have been extremely impressed with how much it's relieved tension in my upper back and neck. One thing that didn't seem to work initially was the heating component, but just recently it seems as though it's working now? I reached out to customer service regarding the issue initially and they said it was just a mild, low-warming feature. Now that it works, it's warmer than described (not hot though). I've probably used it over a dozen times since buying it ~2 months ago. Averaging once or twice a week, so i think ~$35 is worth it's nprice as a massage usually is more than $60-75. Do I recommend it? Yes, definitely, especially for upper back/shoulder/neck pain and tightness! pros: * can really get knots out of my neck, shoulders, and behind my shoulder blades * holes for your hands/wrists to go through so you can pull the unit to press harder on your back (which i like) * various settings for speed, direction and heat * affordable price point for deep massage in upper back/neck area cons: * doesn't work as well on my lower back as i wanted, but this could be a personal issue: It bruised my lower back when i pushed hard onto it and it still didnt seem to relieve the pain there - it's probable that my pain is more from undiagnosed sciatica rather than knots in my lower back * power cord length is short so i can really only use it in one or two locations in my house... wish it was a few feet longer * heating/warming function didn't work initially and now seems to be intermittent. * I wish (when heating did work) that it would heat warmer as well

I love this massager. I've probably bought 4 or 5 different massagers over the past few years to relieve neck and shoulder tension, and none of them do as good a job as this massager. What works so well is the massager heads. They give a deep tissue massage, and the bonus is it not only works on the beck/back, it also works on my calf muscles. Glad I bought it.

I have been in two horrible car accidents with bad neck and head trauma. I go to weekly massage and physio appointments but I still get agonizing pain. With being pregnant, I can't use any muscle relaxers or advil ... so I searched for something else. This massager is so awesome. Heat works great and it gets right into your muscles. It is a little awkward to use at first but once you get it down it's simple. Buy it. You won't be disappointed
