Amazing and deceptively cool
I had some doubts at spending so much at first. But this has been a great office toy and conversation piece in my office even though there is no real use for it other than a paperweight. Its weight is so deceptively heavy that people think it is a powerful magnet. The little stand is the icing on top. It makes it look so cool. Everyday I pick it up and I am amazed everytime. It is well worth it for the entertainment value, but also, being a rare metal, it will only continue to increase in value. I cannot weight to go up in size one day! I would love to have a 3” or even. 4” cube! If you have the disposable income, buy it!

Expensive but worth it
It's real tungsten as far as I can tell. Won't melt with a propane torch. Heavy. Indestructible. Great for Science.

Astonishing platonic solid. Tessellates regularly!
Wonderful specimen of a cube. It is actually surprisingly sharp.

A good teaching aid
I purchased this to give people an idea of the heft and density of plutonium. It is extremely heavy for its size.

It’s cubic!
What I love about this tungsten cube was the fact that at least 99.95% of the atoms in it had exactly 74 protons. It has six identical sides, each more identical than the last. The corners are sharp ( that’s good and bad). Everyone who holds it is amazed, and probably admires me just a little more for it. I suspect the 1” tungsten cube might be starting a torrid love affair with the 1” magnesium cube next to it. If I find tiny magnesium tungstate cubes appearing on my desk, my theory will be confirmed.

Really need to feel the weight of the tungsten. Came in great shape.

A nice gift of good quality!
This Tungsten Cube was great! It came in a nice little box, and was in good shape. It arrived quickly after order, just in time for me to gift for Christmas. It seems to be good quality, the surface is smooth and the edges precise, though I didn’t take the time to find purity using density. I think it’s a nice trinket, and a good gift for the nerdy people in your life (or yourself) as long as you’re willing to spend this much for 1 cubic inch.

Great Gift for a Science Lover
Gifted this to a friend, though one of the corners was flat and looked like it had been dropped. Other than that this thing is super cool, it's a great little fidget.

Everything about this cube will absolutely transform your expectations. Lets start with the appearance. The cube arrived flawless. no scratches or marks of any kind. The edges and corners square and sharp as could be. Now onto the important stuff. I am absolutely amazed by the intensity of it's density. The cube weighed in at 315 grams, which is pretty much spot on for what it should weigh. after holding the cube for just a few seconds, anything you pick up after that will feel like aerogel. My 1 inch neodymium magnet feels like a piece of plastic when compared to the cube. Anyone who thinks you need to pump iron to get stronger, should just get a tungsten cube. It transforms the way you perceive reality and bends into your reach countless new possibilities.

A much affordable cube which is heavy. Always wanted to buy one and at this price point it’s a no brainer.

It's a tiny monolith, perplexing to the mind, and bewitching to the soul.
