Hello I need to measure 300 - 500 micro amps does anyone know if this meter is suitable

The user manual page 25 shows that the smallest current range is 600 microamps with a resolution of 0.1 microamp and accuracy of +/- 1.2% of reading plus 3. I guess that this will permit you to read 300-500 microamps.

Radiation can indicate?

Electrical detection is what I use it for, if your interested in detecting EMF in the house, there are specific devices for that, a multimeter is not sensitive enough to give an accurate reading

Can i measure higher frequency voltage?

do not know, what frequency are you trying to measure? i doubt if it will measure HF or higher.

When selecting volts does it default to dc or ac because it’d be annoying having to press the function button to get the correct current setting?

It should auto select and show you but manually dc then ac on mine
