Q: Will this change skin color to green

I have a couple of pieces from this line. Plan on buying from these also. Like any other costume jewelry, it's not made to wear 24/7/365. You wear it and store it. By doing so, it will last for many years. Mine have never changed.

Like any metal, it can tarnish. Silver has to be cleaned with a polishing cloth every so often. I have several pieces of jewelry made with 18k gold, .925 sterling silver, & even platinum, purchased from fine jewelers. All have to be polished with a cloth from time to time. You buy polishing cloths for the particular metal your jewelry is made with such as a silver polishing cloth.
