Excellent customer service, and stunning rough stone

Beautiful stone I was a bit surprised to see the certificate says color enhanced when the description reads untreated but otherwise the stone with pure light has a nice color to it. I am happy with my purchase. I am also happy with the customer service of this company. They were Prompt, helpful and willing to assist. Color enhanced yet natural?

Bought it expecting a natural rough Ruby. Open the package to a card explaining that it is natural, yet color enhanced. Ok, I washed it with mild soap and water, started to resemble a Ruby, but did not react to UV light. It’s a pretty sham.

Gem ks real. Though color and gexture will vary. First one was darker and shadowed. Second came with a bite more varied color. To be expected though when ordering online like this. You want specific, go to a rock hound.
