Improvement of heel pain within a few weeks.
I’ve had heel pain that wouldn’t go away. In the past, I’ve dealt with plantar fasciitis (more toward the middle of the sole of the foot) and been able to resolve it with stretches and exercises and fixing calf trigger points. This was the first time I couldn’t help my foot, so I started trying numerous new things. This was thing number 3 or 4. I’ve been using these for about five weeks. My dog walks and pickleball felt more comfortable with feet supported right away, but the pain after getting up in the morning was the same for the first week or two. It’s gradually been improving however. Now, my heel is only a little tender when I first get up and not every morning. I’ll definitely call that a win and am hoping for further improvement. We shall see. Inexpensive and worth trying, and I got used to them in my shoes quickly. (Couldn’t get used to sleeping with a foot splint which others also recommended.) Five stars from me.

Best & Fastest Relief Ever!!! IMMEDIATE!!
I rarely ever give ANY thing a full 5 stars, but this totally deserves it!! I've tried what I thought was every thing for relief over the years. I've paid a fortune ($300) to have custom made orthotics made & they felt like walking on a roll bar all day, so I couldn't use them at all, but THESE do NOT! These are GREAT!! My feet are incredibly tender; having been suffering & plagued with Plantar Fasciitis & bone spurs for all these years. (My feet also bear the weight of nearly 300 lbs.) I don't know what the harder version of these feel like, but these gel ones are AMAZING!!!! ;-) I barely feel the bump at all. If I did feel it, it would drive me crazy. These just bring INSTANT relief & the relief just keeps getting better every day. I even took a walk in our new neighborhood for the first time!! When you look at them after arrival, you think to yourself "now HOW on earth can these do ANY thing for me?" You can't even see any heel cushion. But all I know is that somehow it really does work!! I guess it's that weird lump in it that is the magic.. I guess it ever so gently but very effectively stretches it. I am SUPER grateful for these!! I am able to be on my feet longer & longer periods. I went from barely standing up for 2-10 minutes, to an hour or more before my feet start "talking to me". I am confident they will keep feeling better & I will be able to do so much more, like a REAL person!!! This means SO much to me!! I can have my normal life back soon!! I simultaneously am using with this product, some compression ankle socks (3 Pairs Sport Plantar Fasciitis Arch Support Low Cut Running Gym Compression Foot Socks / Foot Sleeves by J-Trendy seller). The socks have been helpful too, I'm sure, but I attribute most of the help to these gel inserts. I can't urge you enough to GET THESE NOW!! I never want to be without these!! Goodness, I've spent TONS of money all these years on special shoes that cost as much as over $300/ pair, $100 foot massagers, massage therapy, supplements, etc.... THIS has been the most effective thing, has worked the fastest (immediately!!), and is super affordable to all that other stuff. THANK YOU HEEL THAT PAIN!!!!! Thank the Lord!!! ;-) I also want to mention that I wondered if these being a partial insert, rather than a full one, that it would bother me, because partials have had that annoyance feel to me before, but I assure you these do not. They are just super comfortable, on even the worst of painful feet. I put them in whatever shoes or slippers I'm wearing at the time. They fit nicely and stay put in my slippers/ clogs too, without wiggling around. Buy these. Your feet will thank you & you'll be SO glad you did & wish you found them sooner! ;-) My best to you all!

So far so good...
I have had heel pain for almost a year and saw a podiatrist who diagnosed me with plantar fasciitis. They recommended some stretches and icing the inflamed area along with taking some anti-inflammatory medication. Then they wanted to cast my feet for custom orthotics after 2 visits in a week span. I did not want to, nor could I justify the $600+ out of pocket expense I would incur from this custom product. I have insurance but my insurance will not cover "flat feet" as they put it, but would cover the orthotics if I was diabetic. Since I am not diabetic I opted to not spend the 600 dollars for something I thought would go away with the stretching and icing regiment. I was wrong. Some days I could not bear to walk or even stand especially after sleeping overnight or after long commutes in a vehicle. But I would stretch and stretch until I could stand up and walk off the pain. I wanted to find a reasonable solution to my problem so I found these heel seats. I was skeptical that these would fit my foot as I am a size 14 4e shoe/sneaker wearer but they fit great. They are uncomfortable at first but I have noticed in the 3 days I have been currently wearing them that when I take off my sneakers my feet aren't hurting. I can walk around barefoot without pain and in the morning the pain has been lessened by a lot that I am actually really impressed by this product. I will continue to update about my progress but I am most concerned about the longevity of the product. I am only walking with the the heel seat but hope to be jogging/running with these soon. So far I would recommend this product. ***UPDATE*** After about 2 weeks these inserts still seem to be reducing my heel pain. They are no longer uncomfortable with normal walking so I guess I am getting used to the feel of them. I still have heel pain but it has been reduced. When I sit for prolonged periods of time I notice the pain comes back so I know to stretch and walk around. The pain when I take off my shoes and walk barefoot has also been reduced. Hopefully after a month I still will see positive results. I have not walked for great distances with these on or ran with these on because of it being winter but I will try to test these out accordingly. ***UPDATE*** So it has been about 2 months after my purchase of these Heel Seats for my plantar fasciitis. I will have to honestly say that my pain has reached a plateau. It has not completely gone away but isn't as pervasive as it was. After long walks and long periods of standing my feet do hurt in the heel region. It is still not nearly as bad as it was when I had no extra support. I would say that this product does work but for mild to moderate pain relief. For the price I am very satisfied with the product but it has been as effective as it will probably ever be and I know that now. If I were to do it over again I would still make this purchase and also recommend to friends of mine if they had the same problems with their feet to also buy this product.

Kinda Helps
I've been wearing these everyday for the past two weeks. And they sort of help. At first it felt like a god send, but the more I wrote them that faded. They have a thicker section that puts pressure on the fascia as you walk, so it's kind of like a trade off of when you want the pain. For me, without the supports the pain would go away as I went about my day but then flair up at night. With these it's like it spreads the pain throughout the day so night time isn't so bad. But the mornings are still very painful, it doesn't seem to have changed that at all. I'll probably keep wearing them for awhile as I enjoy not having intense pain at night but I'm not sure their worth the 30-some dollars they charge.

Pleasantly surprised
I have extremely flat feet and have been battling a case of never ending plantars fasciitis for the last 2 years. I have really only found luck in Birkenstock shoes and insoles as well as prescription orthopedics from a podiatrist. I have tried many different insoles on Amazon searching for something as good as my Birkenstock insoles and these are a close second. I use these mainly in my sneakers for days I’m not doing too much walking (2-3 miles), and have found that these help tremendously with foot pain. If you are also suffering from PF and looking for a cheaper insole, I highly suggest these.

meaning that it made things somewhat better. A few times after months and months the ...
I've only had this product for maybe 4 days. I have plantar fascitis and a heel spur that I've been dealing with on and off for a few years. I have the $400 or thereabouts custom orthotics, I've gotten the cortisone shots, have the tennis ball under my desk, done the frozen water bottles. Everything worked SOMETIME to some extent, meaning that it made things somewhat better. A few times after months and months the pain would actually go away. I will honestly say I thought these heel cups were outrageously priced. I would have thought that $10 - $15 would be a far more reasonable price. I"ve bought heel cups and heel shock supports before and these are significantly more money. nevertheless I bought this. I can report that I've now had 4 days pain-free. To be perfectly honest while I'd be upset if these stopped working tomorrow, the four days of ZERO pain are something I probably would pay $6 a day for... so I've already gotten my money's worth. I will nonetheless report back if they stop being effective, which is of course a possibility if my foot gets "used to them" and starts being messed up in a different way. Of course this doesn't mean these will work for YOU. my podiatrist told me that everything I've tried has worked for some significant percentage of his patients so this definitely looks to be one of those "throw everything at the wall and see what sticks" situations. At any rate... in case it helps anyone make up their mind here are more details about my situation: 1. plantar fasciatis injury. 2. heel spur 3. Worst pain in the am when waking up... and stepping out of bed to the point that I'd sometime have to walk on the tip of my right toes to diminish the pain. Yes I own the nighttime splint... I hate it... and I can't say I've seen that help 4. Pain also during the day, getting up from a desk after sitting, even for as short as maybe 45 minutes. Not as bad as the pain in the am but definitely something that would cause me to take the first 50 steps slower than I otherwise would 5. When warmed up the foot was pretty much fully functional. I do significant amounts of cardio workouts (mostly Zumba) and once my feet have warmed up I can do EVERYTHING the instructor can do at high intensity 6. The only shoes I own that I would truly feel comfortable in (AFTER about a week of hating them - I was told it would be this way) is a pair of bierkenstocks (the hard sole...the soft one is supposedly instantly comfortable but overall less supportive) Surprisingly after half a day of wearing these things on saturday I noticed that when I woke up on sunday morning I was in FAR LESS pain than I normally would. monday was even better and this morning I'd say I was pain free. I'm talking when getting out of bed in the am, barefoot on tile. With these on in my sneakers I've been 100% walking-pain free (I say walking because I also have some other form of general pain in my heel that comes and goes and that is not pressure-related... meaning it might or might not hurt while I'm walking and it might or might not hurt even if I'm sitting with zero pressure on the foot ... this has NOT changed at all over the past 4 days. We'll see if time heals all heels :P

These are BIG part of pain relief plan.
My PF pain was so bad I lost my balance trying to step on my foot in the middle of the night. My son was calling for me and my foot hurt so bad I couldn’t get to him. I got scared that if this was a real emergency I would struggle to help him in time. I’ll cut to the chase, I learned was how to fix my feet by training my toes and building strength and flexibility in my foot focusing on end range train of the big toe especially. However, these inserts are a part of the strengthening plan. They provide fast relief and comfort (while you’re wearing them) so you can get through your day and at night you can workout your toes, feet, ankles, and both major muscles of the calf. It is critical that you work at the root cause of PF pain, these inserts are not magic and will not make PF go away on their own. You must do the work. Consider a “blackboard” type device to assist in finding the right exercises to truly fix the root causes.
