A must for gluten free home bakers.
If your tries at gluten free baking has been a big flop, I've been there. This product is irreplaceable. Greatly improves the volume and texture of breads, muffins, etc. Just make your recipe adjustment per package instructions.

Make gluten-free bread, not bricks!
We have been a gluten-free family for over 13 years, and do a LOT of gluten free baking.Using this as a 1-for-1 substitute for tapioca starch in our flour blends (NOT cup-for-cup with traditional recipes, we use no more than 1/3 Expandex in addition to other gluten free flours for the best results!) has created baked goods that rise a little higher, feel a little less dense, and have just a bit more of that "airy" texture that is traditionally missing. Is it a little more expensive? Yep. Is it worth it? For this family, ABSOLUTELY!By using the Subscribe-and-Save to order this at a discount, it's barely more expensive than the traditional tapioca I can find locally, and the texture difference is more than worth the tiny bit of extra cost.

More cohesive baked goods
I got this specifically to make gluten free wonton wrappers. I've been gluten free for 5 years, and I've been slowly making gluten free foods that I can't find swaps for. I still have to make the wonton wrappers. But I've been adding about a tablespoon of this to other recipes, even though my gf flour has tapioca starch in it already. This makes my recipes come together a little better. The effect is slight, but to me, it's so worth it. And yes, I will be buying more of this when I run out!

good staple to have
I made boba with this during quarantine. This can be used in a ton of gluten free or vegan recipes so it’s great to have on hand. The resealable package is nice but I’d recommend dumping the contents in an airtight container bc it can still get messy. The handmade boba was good but I did buy a tea from a local shop the next day. Support your local businesses and tip them bc boba is time consuming af.

Mild taste (not my favorite)
I used this to make boba (tapioca pearls) and because this starch wasn't unscented and flavorless, it had somewhat of a taste which wasn't great. However, it wasn't advertised to be unscented and flavorless, and the taste it had didn't seem to be anything it shouldn't be (as in, I think it just tasted like cassava root -- which is what it derives from -- and not anything chemically), which is why I only took off a star. Overall I'm satisfied, and the shipping was fast!

Beautiful product...well packaged and clean....multi uses.
I'm always looking for good GF products to use because my husband has Celiac's disease. I bought this to make a GF flour mixture and to use in vegan 'cheese' making. It looks to be a beautiful product. Well packaged and very clean.I only recently bought it so I haven't tried it for baking? But my 'cheese' mixture came out great and I was happy with a vanilla pudding I made. Thanks for putting out a beautiful ingredient. I can tell you take pride in your work.

Fresh Delicious
I bought this to make vegan mozzarella cheese-a key part of the recipe (it gives it the stetchiness of real cheese about as close as you can get it) It turned out delicious, and satisfies that almost addictive craving/ allure to real cheese. I used it as a topping-the vegan cheese I made- for corn chips and on pizza very good! The tapioca flour is very fresh and tightly protected in a sturdy foil pack. It seems ultra high quality, and fine.
