These were pretty good they smell like mint and the capsules weren’t damaged or anything it also came in a glass bottle. Didn’t hurt my stomach at all

My favorite probiotic while pregnant and after

I almost didn’t get these because of the reviews about the smell, I’m extremely sensitive to smells. They have some good added supplements so I gave them a try. The smell is definitely bad, my drawer smells like rotten fish but they don’t have an after taste and I think they are working. Not sure if I can recommend or not but haven’t found other probiotics I really like and nice not having to take ashwaganda separately. Don’t think I could handle during the first trimester but otherwise I’d say give them a shot.

They smell horrible like a filthy aquarium even after washing my hands the smell lingers. Legit made me gag! They taste horrible too and they give me an upset stomach. I've tried many probiotics and none have ever smelled like this wish I could get my money back. 0/10 don't recommend

Since having my second, I have taken this everyday and I believe it has helped my time in the bathroom be a lot smoother and my body regulate better. I would recommend if looking for a probiotic.
