The laptop arrived on time and it works great. For a refurbished laptop it looks and works great. Battery stays charged. All the programs run smoothly and light weight. Always wanted one but was out of reach due to price. Didn't know that the refurbished ones work great to. I am happy with my purchase.

I never do reviews because I usually don’t have the time but I absolutely have for this MacBook , I was so skeptical so scared so nervous to purchase it because of how mixed the reviews were but I really needed a laptop for school so I prayed took a chance and brought it in “good condition” from platinum deals , it arrived on time and it CAME IN AMAZING CONDITION omg like I was so impressed there are some scratches but it’s too tiny to detect and I put a case cover over it , it came dead so please charge it immediately and the battery is okay the first night it did drain a bit fast but I had apps downloading so probably that’s why also it’s an 2019 model which in general the battery isn’t as long as the newer models but it still works super well ! Came in normal condition with a cycle count of “286” so pretty good I must say . Screen is in good condition no scratches and everything runs smoothly oh it doesn’t come with the latest update so you have to do that yourself but yeah other than that it’s a good buy and I recommend getting if you just want a MacBook I got it to mostly use it do schoolwork and assignments and it works perfectly for it .Ahhh so happy with my purchase ❤️

This is their moto, I guess but don't believe it. 1 year ago I bought, through Amazon, a MacBook Air 2019 from them. What I got was a 2018 model, which was no huge deal but wasn't what was advertised. The real problem was that I noticed some of the keyboard keys seemed extra sensitive, which I thought was my poor typing skills or an adjustment in the settings somewhere so I kept the computer thinking I could resolve the issues. As time went on, past the 90 day return date, the keyboard issue seemed to get worse so eventually I took it to an Apple Store where they told me that several years of MacBook Airs had a problem with the keyboard and the only way to resolve the issue was to replace the keyboard at a cost of $400, but recommended that I buy another refurbished one that was an 2020 M1 or later model since those keyboards were redesigned not to have this issue. I should have sent it back immediately and that is on me but sending me a supposedly refurbished MacBook that was a year older and the keyboard not working properly is on them. I have tried contacting them about the issue and possible compensation of some sort but have received no reply.

This was a 2020 instead of 2019 which was great. Slight dent and a corner blemish so I got a sticker for the top and it looks great. This meets my needs well. Battery charging is good and life is pretty good. Keyboard works great! I would get another. Great value when you can’t get new!

When I got mine it worked really good and barely had a scratch on it..the only downfall is that you can’t download everything on there like you may want to. I wanted to download Netflix and Spotify and stuff but it wouldn’t let me and wouldn’t pop up after search. Keyboard quality is really good no broken peices. The brightness works and is really good. The use of it is excellent. And the design is very well. I would recommend buying this for school or work!

I ordered the space gray 128gb model in "used-excellent", and it really did come in excellent condition! I was skeptical ordering because of other reviews, but it came with no scratches or dings and dents, and the battery works as expected for a 2019 Macbook. I previously owned a 2022 Macbook Pro and notice barely any difference between the two despite this being a "downgrade", highly recommend :)

My mac came and it was in excellent condition almost brand new. The charger worked. I had a problem with the setup by I found out just click the track pad on the left side to press continue. This is my first apple product so I didn't know. Hope that helps someone. I am glad that I bought it. Would recommend for sure.

Product is as expected. Great for the price. Some degradation on the rubber, it’s a bit tacky to the touch, causing an issue with opening. Works great otherwise.Major downside was it was delivered by fed ex, 2 days late. If not for that would be 4 stars.
