Pessimo, in cattivo stato inerente patina superficiale del metallo ovvero acciaio inox trattato con metodo di Satinatura, non identificabile la causa. Arrivato con cartone tagliato sulla parte destra ed aperto in parte nella zona sottostante. Da" Impressione di Essere un articolo scartato per eventuali difetti. Scatola in cui sono riposte le posate Chiusa maldestramente con nastro cartaceo bianco ma risultante Aperto da un lato , inoltre mancante di due cucchiaini. Prima ed ultima volta acquisto di Articolo Usato ma come nuovo........ Delusione totale.......da Restituire

Avevo ordinato un servizio da 60 pezzi e invece è arrivato da 30 al costo di 60 !! Ho dovuto fare il reso e adesso temo di fare un nuovo ordine perché non vorrei succedesse la stessa cosa! Le posate mi servivano ed erano comunque belle L’ordine confermava 60 e che delusione trovare la confezione da 30 ! Reso effettuato rimborso inviato

Ich habe lange nach einem Besteck gesucht, das gut in der Hand liegt und gut aussieht. WMF hat mich nicht enttäuscht! Nach vielen Jahren mit Billig-Besteck habe ich mich entschlossen, es mal mit Qualität zu versuchen und der Versuch ist geglückt. Jedes Teil hat ein angenehmes Gewicht und liegt wirklich gut in der Hand. Dass die Teelöffel etwas kleiner sind, stört mich nicht. Durch den langen Stiel sehen sie sehr elegant aus. Mir gefällt auch die Löffelform, sowohl von den Teelöffeln als auch von den Suppenlöffeln, die etwas schmaler ist als bei den meisten anderen Löffeln und dadurch das Besteck nach etwas Besonderem aussehen lässt. Ein schönes Besteck sowohl für den Alltag als auch für besondere Gelegenheiten.
