I was recommended these by a holistic doctor and they seem to be good. They are small and easy to swallow and I have heard a lot of other good things about this particular brand.

May not be for everyone
I believe in supplementing. I like the freedom to choose what calls to me. Life Extension is a good company and I love putting D3 with Vit K2. And that made me buy this product. Well, I think it was a mistake for me. I started taking it after dinner and within 1-2 hours I started feeling "weird". Its an anxious, jittery feeling, buzzing inside. This tells me that perhaps the iodine is a high for me. Probably tend toward hyperthyroidism. I will discontinue it. Sadly. I just wanted people reading reviews to see that there could potentially be a problem. I agree with the previous reviewer that this is a "once in awhile" supplement. Not daily. Not even weekly for some. I might be wrong... some people say the K2 does that to them. In any case..too weird for me in these dosages.

I purchased this so many times now, although I wish it didn't have M stearate. I still use it and my body has actually improved my skin I use it with my magnesium chelated omg helps my so much love this it has been very effective great
