is it to assemble, very cute. Definitely made my event pop up.

Assembly required
Nothing is attached to hang. You have to take time to assemble. You have to be gentle with the anchors as they are made of tissue paper.

The assembly was A LOT! Don’t think you can open it and begin decorating. All of the items that hang from the ceiling must get put together.
