There's no marking on the clippers or carrying case so it's an unknown.

Q: what are dimensions of the items

2 good looking clippers in a good looking case. The larger is about 3” ling and the smaller is about 2”. Plenty sharp enough to cut my fingernails and toenails

Q: Are the clippers easy to hold, for arthritic hands?

These are what I would consider normal size Clippers. While researching these I saw other Clippers that would give a person better Leverage and probably be easier to hold. I'm pretty happy with these Clippers. Also ordered a set of harperton Clippers of the same size, they seem to be a little sharper. Both sets are easier to cut with than say Revlon nail clippers from Wally World.
