I was initially reluctant, seeing how diminutive this product is. How can something so small and cheap be a good replacement for my now-dead other receiver? It works. It works well. If it worked any better, I don't know if I could stand it. It's small, hides behind almost anything (the TV, a couple of books, maybe a plant. It'll hide in the back pocket of the pants worn by any convenient dead body). It also has a very nice little dongle thing that adheres to the front of your TV acting as both a remote and a channel indicator/clock....This thing works. If you need one, you'll do well to get this one.

I deal with Network equipments for a long time.I am from the middle east and I bought the iSmart satellite receiver because of the low price and the middle east FTA support.And... I suggest you NOT to buy this satellite receiver. Why?1. There is a problem with the picture's color - after 3-5 minutes, the picture's color changes to be with pink background!!! In other to "solve" the problem - you MUST RESTART the iSmart satellite receiver. It is a very very big bug.2. The iSmart satellite receiver got with USA package installed. If you want to install the middle east package - you must download the package from their site to your USB, then you need to connect it to the receiver and the you need to find how to install it via the menu. For me (very experience user), it was not too complex but not straight forward. For simple user, it would be very complex.I suggest you to look for another satellite receiver. There are a lot!I think the company should fix this bug ASAP!Best regards,Eran.

We had a dignitarty from ourside the US come over to the USA for a week and he wanted to see the channels from his country on 4 TV's in his place while he was here. This fit the bill fine, set a dish to 97 and got his channels and ran a cable to each room, was nice not having to deal with splitters and switches!

Seems to work fine except for getting very hot; will probably burn out within weeks if I don't put a fan on it.

Works great with FTA and free IPTV channels, included accessories are a plus and you can't beat the price, the only thing missing is an extra USB port for use of both PVR and WiFi at the same time. End up buying 2 receivers, hope they'll keep supporting this model in the future.

this little receiver works well as a fta receiver, searches fast and has a great HD picture

I bought this receiver 2 months ago and use it almost daily. It's connected to my 7 foot c-band dish. For such a cheap receiver it seems to work very well. No problems setting up or using. Very nice picture on sat and iptv channels. I would recommend.

Tried iptv channels. Good quality videos, Yet to try with Dish. But colors are bit shady
