This 2 pills a day is easy to take. It does not have any taste which is a great alternative to a beet root powder. I have begun a strenuous workout program to get back into shape after some time of being a couch potato (I was in great shape a few years ago but have dealt with some health issues). I had reviewed the benefits of beet root prior to the purchase of this product. After taking this product for a week, I noticed that I did not experience the leg fatigue during a workout as previously experienced. I also had some energy boost as well. I will keep taking this product in hopes that my performance will increase over the next month. I would highly recommend this product if you are starting an activity.

Good beet product if you are just getting started. I wanted to try a beet root pill to see if it works as well as the beet root powder drinks. After taking the pill for a weeks worth of workouts and runs, I will say it isn't bad, but not as good as the powder. There just isn't enough beet root in the pill (1.3g in pill to 10g in the powder) but the pill does work and there is a noticeable difference in performance. It is easy to take and if you don't like the taste of beet root, this is a great alternative.

Monitoring my blood pressure. Have not seen any change but haven't taken it long enough yet. However I seem to have more energy and am feeling better.

Beets are fantastic on so many levels….easy to take and you do notice a difference
