Waterproof H1 5/10mm Polar Evoluted Hood

Very warm! This is one of the few hoods that fits me perfectly, and, it's extremely well made. You can't beat waterproofs gear.

Bought this for ice diving. It works perfectly. I bought the waterproof ice hood to put over this 10mm hood and it was amazing. The water was 34 degrees and my head was toasty.

In my opinion, one of the best hoods on the market for cold water diving.THERMAL PROTECTION - The anatomical fit doesn't let water flow through the hood, providing excellent thermal protection. In fact, it's not uncommon for me to have to break the seal during my Summer dives (54F/12C water temp) just to cool off a bit.FIT - Everyone I know that has one did not need to trim the face hole to make it fit. The way the hood is shaped and cut works for most people, right out of the box.QUALITY - I have about 100 dives on my H1 5/10mm hood. The only noticable wear to the hood is that, as expected, it did loosen up a very small amount (compared to other hoods I've owned) and the "glideskin seal" around the inside of the face panel is wearing off a little. I consider both of these to be normal wear and tear.

This hood is worth every cent. Dove 43 degrees F the other day and it was warm. Very very comfortable. This hood is better than any I have used before (Scobapro, Aqualung). I would tell any diver to go for this hood. Flawless. The vents actually work their magic as you dive. Great great great......

Awesome hood. I had been experiencing the cold of the Puget Sound, until I bought this bad boy. Wow what a difference! Buy it, you won't be disappointed.

No BS warmth. Fits perfect. Feels snug, secure, like you can kick ASH and take a few names!

Just tested this hood in 37 F water and love it. Super warm on top of head and proper venting to prevent air from pocketing. Still flexible enough that it can be removed easily.

Best hoodie, EVER! It went beyond my expectations.
