Great item, very useful.

The BILLKAQ Gooseneck Cell Phone Holder has a strong sturdy coiled arm, that when maneuvered to the desired positions holds firm until you change it again. It is simple to setup and use easily, it takes minor direct effort to change its positions and prevents unnecessary neck strain / bending for easy passive mobile phone holding assistance. I did take this photo with my phone, but I stuck the case that I like to use inside to show its positioning, the head can rotate 360 degrees and also tilts some amount all directions.This holder phone head clamp would not be able to grasp a larger notepad device without some clever ingenuity, as the device clamp is designed for mobile phone sizes, but I do think the arm coil could easily hold a Note/Pad size device in position as easily.The base clamp has soft gripping pads that when the neck base is unscrewed slide up and down simply, to fit on your desired table/edge, my desk here is probably 1.5" thick and the phone holder has no problem clamping onto it.Overall, I like the simplicity and the great effectivity of this mobile phone arm, and am happy with the price point. No more staring at my hands for long times, my neck will thank me, and it is perfect for video chatting, or phone conversations, I'll be able to talk with my hands now too-!

Stiff enough to hold my iPad yet so easy to use great design and looks to have very good durability works well with almost anything you put in it

I actually bought this to hold an LED light for good lighting during zoom calls. I want to be able to position the light and then push it out of the way. I love that it is 100cm long. That is the main reason why I bought it. But it is VERY stiff. So stiff that I'm afraid the rather flimsy plastic clamp which holds it onto the edge of my desk might break eventually. I can see it flex every time I push this thing out of the way.And be sure to measure the device you want it to hold. My LED light panel, which is about the size of a phone, turned out to be bigger than the maximum the phone holder on this thing will open. That's my fault. But be sure to check. Now I need to decide if there is some way to rig my LED light panel onto this thing or if I should return it. It would be interesting if they sold additional sized device holders for this thing for things such as bigger tablets etc. I bet an ipad mini sized holder would work great. I'll try to remember to update this when I decide what to do about it.

I actually just bought a second one, because this product is so good. Use it for my office desk and home desk. Solid, thick, adjustable mount cable, and sturdy phone holder. I have a large iPhone and the adjustable, and moveable (on ball-joint) is perfect. The clamps are long enough to grab the end of your desk and adjustable to several inches. My only (sliver) of a concern was the clamps are not made of steel (but of hardened plastic) so when you tighten the mount to your desk or some device, take care in not over tightening or you could break that mount off. That's not a problem, as you will know when it clamps in. Highly recommend.

Using this to hold a cell phone while filming a scripted video. I wanted the phone camera to hover in front of my laptop screen so the script would be as near as possible to the line between me and the camera lens, allowing me to read while still looking into the camera. It seems to do the job, though it took a few tries to get it adjusted just right... and it's a bit springy, so I have to give it a few seconds to calm down between hitting the "record" button and starting to speak--not a biggie, since I can knock that off in the editor. All-in-all, it seems to be a good device. I have some mild concern about the clamping mechanism, which is all plastic, but seems to be strong enough.

The first time I tried using it, it scratched my wood side table. I’ve had this table for over 20 years and managed to avoid any major scratches or nicks all that time, and then now after one use with this product, it gets very noticeably scratched up in a very conspicuous spot. I naively believed this product’s claim that it wouldn’t scratch surfaces and that it would be safe to use. I don’t know if I’m more mad at the company who made/sold this product or myself for not testing it out first in an inconspicuous spot first. The thing is, I had just tried another similar product that did not scratch so I assumed this one would be the same. I was wrong! Now I am left with a very nice, high quality piece of furniture being damaged. Do not trust this product on any of your surfaces!

I was looking for a gooseneck mount that could hold a 10" tablet. This one does it perfectly. The clamp holds the arm securely in place to my desktop. The gooseneck is very stiff and requires both handles to position at the angle you want. At first, this was a nusance as I read from other buyers that they did not like the stuffness. Then, when I put my tablet on the end and the gooseneck did not move, I realized why it needed to be so stiff. I've tried other brands and even the weight of a cell phone causes them to drupe.This product is definitely heavy duty so expect to work with it if you want an arm that will stay where you position it.
