100 degrees off and no way to adjust it.
Junk, trash, useless. Almost exactly 100 degrees off, shows 200 when a K type thermocouple with Fluke digital meter shows 300. Got suspicious after immolating a couple of nice chunks of meat. No way to adjust it.
