Are the materials used non-Toxic?

It is made of stainless steel & rubber…..where’s the toxicity in that? I highly doubt it. The stainless is the only part touching the ice cream & that is not toxic.

Do ice-cream stick to it?

No more or less than any other metal utensil. It depends on the temperature of the ice cream and of this ice cream spade.
