Great kitchen scissors. Do need to practice cutting with them as the blades are toward the the tip and other functions closer to the hinge. They do not come apart to be washed as separate pieces.

They are a little too big for my wife's hands

What a beautifully crafted instrument, absolutely love it, well made and works perfectly.

I bought this product for my son-in-law, who does a lot of meat smoking. He finds they cut through cartilage and bone better than any he’s used in the past.

It's not as good as a cheaper better quality home depot shears. It's good looking, so I use for light pruning but it sucked to butcher quail.

I bought 4 knives and this set of shear. I’m happy with the knives but the poultry shears stink. They don’t cut well , the cutting blade is too short due to the bone section and the clasp to hold them closed could have been better designed. There are much better options available.
