The product which I get it had leakage problem so I want to replace the product but after 10 days still I don't get the replacement even no massage or idea about to know that when I get my product

waste of money and not useful but it's pretty durable.

When I press the button, the lights turns on, but the motor doesn't work. Even tried it with water in the tank and still the same. Tried charging but that didn't help either. Very disappointed because I chose the most pricey option thinking I didn't want to risk it because I don't have the time to return or exchange.
