Beautiful sofas!
I ordered the sofa and loveseat and these sofas are very nice, beautiful oversized, modern sofas. I really love them! They look puffy, comfortable, and inviting. The color is an oat/cream with a natural linen looking fabric. Some reviewers mentioned that the cushions feel like plastic on the inside but mine really don't. The seat and back cushions are firm but still comfortable and soft when sitting on. I do use a pillow for my back (height 5'8") for extra shoulder support and so I don't feel too far back on it as they are deeper sofas. My husband is taller 6'2" and doesn't need the pillow behind him for the extra support. I feel like these are wonderful sofas that exceed expectations of design and quality at their price point. Really, really pleased with these. Husband really likes the look of these too and was skeptical at first about ordering sofas from Amazon. Delivery was great, on time, and the sofas arrived in perfect condition. Assembly only involved putting on the sofa legs which was simply screwing them into place. Overall, I highly recommend this beautiful and comfortable sofa and/or loveseat! Edit: I have had these sofas for almost two months and they are not pilling at all. I do keep the areas that we sit on covered with throw blankets so that may be why the fabric is holding up so well. Also, these sofas look very good a few months in. We are empty nesters so we tend to use them lightly but sit on them daily. Maybe the other reviewers who say they lose shape have more use with pets, kids, lots of people on them. Ours look as good as right out of the box two months later.

Wow. Just Wow.
I originally purchased the Stone & Beam Faraday sofa, which is an excellent, beautiful and comfy sofa--but it's HUGE. I couldn't get it into the room I needed unless I started demolishing a wall (and believe me I considered it). I was so disappointed and sat there pitying myself as I hate-clicked around Amazon knowing there was nothing to my liking that would fit through my odd room opening. Then, desperate, I came back to this hastily (shamefully) discarded loveseat in brown leather. It didn't look anything like the fantasy I had pictured for my room; it seemed more modern than I liked, blocky, and leather! I have never owned a leather sofa...I'm more of a antique-y slipcover gal. But I read all the great reviews, quickly got over myself, and took advantage of an eye-watering good deal that allowed me to purchase two! Sometimes plans change for good reason. The sofas arrived quickly and in amazing shape. The legs were on in a flash. They instantly made the room a *space.* They are FAR more beautiful in person, with unexpectedly soft lines, and sort of a design blank canvas. Even if I hadn't developed a plan to salvage some of my design dreams, I would still be ecstatic with these little puppies. The Westview in leather is a seriously, luxuriously comfortable sofa. The leather is baby soft and the seat and back are supportive but not too firm. It has just the right amount of sink-in cushiness (which, admittedly, I did not expect with leather). It seems like it will be much easier to clean, as well. I am picky about comfort, as I have spinal disease and live in near-constant pain. That said, these sofas actually made me forget the world for a glorious 30 minutes. I even laid down on one, which is no small feat with my disability. They are simply perfect. I am so pleased with the thoughtful design and apparent craftsmanship in the Stone & Beam line. I don't know about longevity, and will update with any surprises or failures, but as of now I would not hesitate to recommend the Westview or the wonderful Faraday. Or the brand in general. I'm filled with gratitude. Hope this review helps you make a decision!

Don't ignore the reviews saying this is a very deep chair!
I ordered the chair in dark grey leather and I'm glad I measured first. I had originally ordered 2 until I saw that they were so huge they would be pushed up against each other in my small space, so I canceled one. It's a very large chair - not tall, low back, but very wide and very deep. For me (5'5" woman) I can't put my feet on the floor and reach the back of the chair. I can stuff pillows behind me or I can scoot back and pull my legs up and kind of lay back or curl sideways in the chair. It's a bit firmer than I had expected but not at all uncomfortable and I already think it feels a bit less stiff than it did the day I got it. The color is definitely more of a grayish brown than a gray, like other reviews have mentioned. Seems to be really good quality and the assembly took me about 30 minutes by myself after entryway delivery, and 20 of those 30 minutes was getting the box and thin foam liner off the chair and out of the way so I could attach the legs. The bottom liner underneath the chair unzips and the legs were inside in a pouch tied with a ribbon and included the legs, 8 screws, 8 washers and a small hex wrench. I gave up on the hex wrench after one leg (I have pain in my hands) and put a matching hex bit in my cordless drill instead to finish up. There was off-gassing (intense new furniture smell) of the new chair that lasted about 2 days; unfortunately, it was a cold snap so I couldn't open the windows but either it finally aired out or I got used to it. I'm sensitive to strong smells but I got through it. Both the seat cushion and the back cushion are removable, they can be rotated but not flipped. I'd say it's definitely more of a lounging chair than a sitting chair, unless you're 6'5" or want to work on your core muscles by not using the backrest. I think pairing it with an ottoman would make a perfect lounging chair so that's what I intend to do when I find an affordable one that matches. Second photo includes standard black and white composition book for scale.

So good we got two!
I created a video review for this product so check that out so you can see it a bit better. I was nervous about buying furniture online, especially pieces that aren't exactly the cheapest. But I kept coming back to this chair! I was looking for a nice medium leather and something that would be comfortable for guests to sit in but was also lower profile since we wanted to set two chairs up across from our couch in front of our windows but didn't want to block the view. So we went ahead! If you've read other reviews you know, these are deep chairs! I am 5'4" and currently sitting criss cross on one with my laptop and there are a good 2-4 inches still left in the chair. My husband is 6'4" and these are more than deep enough for him to lounge in as well. We keep a large pillow on each chair so guests can sit forward and still be comfortable. These are low profile so they aren't going to give you a headrest unless you use another pillow or sit back. But we wanted a lower profile back and it looks super super nice. So far we have had these 8 months (at the time of writing) and they still look amazing). Set up was super easy, they were dropped off in big boxes and you just need to put on the feet. They aren't crazy heavy but two people are needed to move them any substantial distance. These work great for lounging, reading, watching tv, or...like I am right now, just working on your computer from home.

New update:)Nicely surprised! Comfortable, sturdy and classy looking.
UPDATE 8/2024: Tip: these ARE wearing amazingly well. What i did though is get a 1 inch thick, 30”x30” foam piece and inserted it inside the seating cushion - because I wanted mire height and firmness. Worked perfectly! Original post: I took a chance and ordered these chairs for my living room because Amazon brands are typically well made (i.e. Amazon Basics). I was shocked and so wonderfully surprised when these were taken out of the boxes and the legs placed on them, note: (there is a pouch on the underside of the chair with a zipper where they are stored until installation, which was remarkably easy). These chairs are the most comfortable chairs I've ever bought for my living room They are large - substantially sturdy and SO comfortable. The only thing I am holding off on is how they wear long term since I only just received them a couple of weeks ago. I hope they wear well - because I highly recommend these! I will update in a few months to offer that information. I wouldn't say they'd be the right size for a limited space room, but do measure and if there's enough, it's worth having these even if it means losing a bit of space.

Super disappointed in the sofas as well as the customer service response :(
I purchased two of these Stone & Beam love seats in September as I’d read lots of positive reviews and heard great things about the quality for the price etc. The first two weeks I was satisfied and thought they looked great, the comfort wasn’t the best but they certainly weren’t uncomfortable. However, after only a month of very light everyday use the fabric began to break down/discolor on the seats. It pretty much looks like an old sweatshirt that pills after a wash, and the pills make the light color of it look kind of darker/dirty. I contacted customer service when I realized I’d missed the return window by a short time thinking it was a 90 day period. At first they said they were sure we could figure something out where I could still return them for a credit or do a partial credit and keep them. Of course I’d have preferred a full credit, but would have accepted either offer, however the agent came back and said that surprisingly there weren’t any options to remedy the problem at all. This was upsetting because I’ve always had great experiences with Amazon and their willingness to make things right with a product that truly disappointed. Overall, pretty awful experience unfortunately.

Best couch i’ve ever had. Hands down.
Caught this on sale and snapped it up while i could. If you have an apartment or older home this will likely fit standing up in the box into the doorframe easily. Measure twice but it slid right into my house EASILY. This is perfect for pet owners as anyone will tell you - leather is best to hold up to messy dog habits and hair with just a wipe of a wet towel at most. Also they help break in the seats. Might replace the feet eventually but for now i don’t mind it being so low. Pros: best bang for your buck, easily movable with sliders on the feet, can fit most rooms (but measure for your own needs!), very comfortable. Cons: the feet supplied are a little low for some people so getting up can be a roll off instead. Anyone under 40 should be fine.

I do love it 11 months later and yet…
This loveseat is very comfortable and fits all sizes of guest. I’ve had guests over who have slept on it. It feels sturdy and looked great when I purchased it 11 months ago. Unfortunately, it pills so badly that I now need a cover for it. Also, despite Scotchguarding it before I brought it into the house, it still shows a lot of wear compared to another couch purchased at the same time. I purchased it assuming I would reupholster and I was correct. I included photos of the pilling (mostly on seat covers and arm rest) as well as a low-use area that isn’t so bad. The cushions sag and must be turned over and fluffed up after guests come over due it being down-filled. Not a huge issue. Otherwise, I really love the style of the frame and I was able to move it into the house myself (using a dolly & with someone keeping an eye out for me). Beware of door frames moving it in, it’s a tight fit since it’s a bigger loveseat.
