These brownies are like crack.
I was so excited when I saw Miss Jones came out with grain-free mixes. I love their products but I am strictly gluten-free now and can't use their organic mixes unless I am baking for family or friends. When I saw they came out with almond flour mixes with no added sugar I had to try them.I have an autoimmune disease and my diet is very restrictive—sweet things that I can eat are hard to come by. These turned out great. Since I have a low-fat, plant-based diet I made them with 2tbsp of refined coconut oil, some flax milk and flax eggs and they turned out awesome. These brownies are so chocolatey and indulgent, it's hard to believe it's something that I can actually have. I have used other gluten-free mixes on special ocassions, but this one is great because there is no added sugar and no weird flavors from gluten-free flour. The almond flour is so tasty and has a great texture. I will definitely be purchasing these again.

Seriously LOVE these muffins!
Okay, so the very first muffin was good but it was the first time I'd made any sort of keto muffins so I could definitely tell the difference between the almond flour muffins and the traditional blueberry muffin, but tbh, I totally don't care! I love blueberry muffins SO much so I knew I had to try these when I saw them on the shelf at my local grocery store and I have been disappointed not to be able to find them again in the store. That's when a lightbulb dinged in my brain and I decided to consult the almighty amazon prime, and wouldn't you know it, they DO exist! My husband liked them but I seriously LOVE them because I don't have to feel guilty eating one of my favorite breakfast foods while trying to do the keto thing. I only eat one a day, but they're pretty filling (because almond flour is denser than wheat flour), so I genuinely have no complaints and definitely would recommend to anyone looking for some good keto blueberry muffins. That said, I DID add a few more blueberries to the batter than is recommended, but if you have that kind of super human will power and restraint that I clearly don't possess, by all means, you do you boo boo!

Good for Keto
The flavor is okay. It’s completely tolerable, especially if you have been keto for awhile and need something sweet. It called for milk... I used heavy whipping cream instead because that’s keto. Here are my tips to make this more enjoyable: 1. add pecans or keto chocolate chips or keto peanut butter swirled on top. 2. Cool it in the fridge overnight before eating it (or at least 4 hours), these are not good warm at all.I have tried many keto brownie mixes and this is my least favorite. Try a few to see what your favorite is.

Delicious!
It's hard to believe these are grain-free and have 6g of protein. Game changer! My kids (ages 6,8,9) ate them up (and so did I). I will definitely order more and try the whole line!

Expensive but tasty
Once you add in all the butter it is quite good. I did not try it with coconut oil and used the butter which made it very tasty, especially warm. I just wish the prices on Keto products were not so expensive.

Yum (after-taste free)!
If you're comparing low-carb brownies, definitely go for this one. No after-taste, perfect fudgy brownie texture, and low carb! It tastes too good to be true - even my (non-low-carb) husband enjoyed them and they were gone faster than I could have conceived up. The only other brand I've tried (Pyure) had a terrible after-taste and was higher in carbs. There is no contest. THESE ARE THE ONES!
