I don’t think it will…. It has a round base, not flat, so it would roll around

Hammered carbon steel and it needs to be "seasoned" (Placed under high heat to be "nonstick".

How deep is this wok?

The 16" Craft Wok that I received has an inside depth of exactly 4.5 inches. I measured from the inside center bottom to the height of a yardstick laid across the top outer edges of the wok.
