This knee brace was very helpful!

Is great as it helps support knee while moving, comfortable enough to wear all day, and easy to put on and wear. Would have given5 stars except it was a tad small.... barely fit.

I like that the velcro attaches at the front but it was still a size smaller than needed. Returned.

Every time I went hiking or biking in uneven terrain especially in the up hill climb my knee what felt like would pop out of joint very painful to continue on and for several days after would hurt. Not sure why I never thought about trying a brace before now.I received this one and I like that its more of a half brace not as bulky compared to others.Was not real sure it would help are it would bind and pinch but had nothing to lose.I have tried it out several times now. One on a very strenuous hike with steep stairs and then a bike trip both would have cause pain in my knee.I am here to tell you for the first time I hiked and biked pain free and even days later.Even biking it did not pinch and I didn’t even notice it was on.

Horrible item forced my knees to pop and stay in restricted position. Painfull and made it worse
