Amazing product
This one I bought for my 8 years old as a Christmas present and I absolutely love the product. It's. value for money and amazing STEM product for kids. It's easy to assemble and we had so much fun playing around. I will highly recommend this one for 8-10 years old kids.

Great gift
I know this gift is for 10+ ages but I got this for my 8yo. He loves Legos and puzzles (he's very good at them) so I decided to give this a try. He loved it! He did need help cutting the pieces out but once I did that for him he was off.Unfortunately like any kid they loose pieces. This is where customer service comes in. Hands down great service. My son even said, "that was very nice of them". I emailed them telling them that either my son lost a major piece or it wasn't in there, sent them a picture of what piece I was missing and asked if they sold extras. They informed me they didn't and would replace it for free. I was stunned and very thankful.I will definitely be buying more robot kits from them in the future.

Fun STEM toy
This is a great educational toy for a child ten and up. Children can learn how to assemble many different robot options. Shipping was super fast as well. The products pieces seem to be of good quality as well, however the instruction manual was very confusing for my child and even for my self as an adult making it very hard to put together. Overall if you are a mechanical person and want a good STEM toy for you children this is a great choice.

Great STEM project and it never gets boring with the 13 different robots.
The gearbox and robot need some time to build. When I did finish the gearbox and went to test it the box it did not work so I had to take it apart and start over, making sure the gears were all touching, it worked! Then when I finished my first robot it did not work in full sunlight . So I took everything out and redid it fine tuning it and went out it still did not work so later I found out that the solar panel is not strong enough. So I had to hook the wires up to a battery then it worked! But after I hooked it to the battery my little brother got very exited to see it work and played with it all day then the next day he wanted to build a new one so I helped and I also like that is has 13 different robots to build so you would never become bored. All in all a great STEM project and fun way to spend your time building and playing with the 13 different robots, but I would make sure I have a battery and everything is perfect.

DO NOT BUY
The media could not be loaded. Terrible quality, extremely fragile, the engine mechanism is a joke. Gets jammed all the time. Guides do not fit into the grooves. Total waste of money and time, but what is even worse is that kids are not happy with their gift.

cool but difficult for small kids
lots of pieces a little hard for smaller kids

Many Different Options
You have the option of building 14 different kinds of robots from this one kit. So, you could build one a day for 2 weeks before you have built them all.I put this together with my two grandsons. The package says 10 and up but I think for 10 to 13 year olds there should be some adult supervision. Overall things went pretty smooth. Lots of little stickers. If you were a parent in the 1990's think TMNT stickers. That was the worst part, putting on little stickers. But you could get by without them if you have big fingers and the kids do not have the dexterity to put them on.It was fun and did not take us long time once we figured out the process. No written instructions just lots and lots of pictures. Once you have the power plant and drive train built you do not have to take them apart to build the other robots, those are used for all of the robots along with the head. Our lamps were not enough to power the robot but a battery is provided to run the robot with. We are going to try it out in the sun tomorrow.
