Black Cohosh Extract. 100 Tablets

I I began experiencing early premenopausal symptoms that made me feel very uncomfortable. The hot flashes, night sweats, and insomnia were all quite intense. Fortunately, this medication has been perfect for me; I even started having regular periods again. While the capsule is a bit large, I have no trouble swallowing it, and it doesn't cause any side effects or leave an aftertaste.

Much prefer tablets to capsules. Been using cohosh for a couple of months, and the tablets are so much easier to swallow .

Talk about a difference! I'm 42, not menopausal, but have been having some pretty bad mood swings the last couple years (crying, cranky, nasty all at the drop of a hat). About a year ago a friend recommended black cohosh, and I accidentally tried tablets rather than capsules first. They worked almost immediately (like within a couple days). The stores seemed inconsistent in which form and brand they had, so I looked on amazon. I REALLY notice a difference between brands, and between capsules and tables. I have no idea why that would be, but it's night and day. For example. I got some capsules because they had higher mg of the black cohosh so I figured they would be more cost effective than the spring valley tablets right? It wasn't after several days, my mood got worse and worse, in fact rather "cranky" to say the least. I assumed it was just environmental, but thought for the heck of it, I'll take those last few spring valley tablets I had left "just in case" ( I stopped the capsules). Literally the next day back on the tablet form I was transformed into a nice human again. I know you can get capsules with extremely high dosages, but after a ton of research I found out too much can be a bad thing. So what works for me is 3 in the morning and two at of the 40mg tables (120mg in am and 80 in pm). Which means one bottle lasts about 20 days. Perfectly affordable when you consider the huge change in my mood, making me decent to live with again.

We have used product in the past. Found it comparable to other brands.

This product helps with my mood tremendously. The tablets have no taste. They are small and easy to swallow. I take them twice a day. This is a quality product.
