Surgeon's Skin Secret Beeswax Moisturizer 1oz. Jar (2 Pack) - Unscented

I live in the part of the US that gets snow in winter. When it gets cold, the moisture goes down, so skin gets dry. I get cracking of my skin on the tips of my fingers by the fingernail. This is painful. I previously used superglue (works well but it’s temporary). Started using this stuff, recommended by a nurse. I put a little dab on my finger, and rub it into my hands before I go to bed. This lets the lotion stay on my hands for a few hours before I start the day and do things like washing my hands. This stuff has prevented my fingers from cracking. There is only a very light scent, and it is all gone when I wake up. If I did use this stuff during the day, it still wouldn’t be a problem. Hands don’t feel that greasy when I put it on, but I can tell it’s there. Highly recommend if you get dry skin in winter. Probably would help year round too. Only thing is the price. It’s more than I would like to pay for this product, but I haven’t found anything else that works as well as it does, so I’m still giving it 5 stars.

This particular moisturizer with 50% beeswax works best for my psoriasis dry cracked hands. Better than the prescription cream doctor gave me. Recommend this unscented 50% beeswax moisturizer by Surgeon's skin secret --t his specific formulation only. The other creams are good for general use.

I've been using this for several years to keep a handle on dry winter skin, minor wounds, and chapped lips. It smells lightly of beeswax and lanolin. I have found that it certainly minimizes scarring, and speeds healing of otherwise pesky issues.

I use this during the severe winter months when my skin has a rash from the dryness. A night or two with this clears it up. It is very thick and better for small areas. It seems to give a protective coating allowing the oil from the skin to rejuvenate. I warm the bottle up in warm water to thin it a bit and then spread it on. This really is for severe dryness or small wounds to prevent scaring. I will follow up with the lotion to prevent the severe drying.

Every winter for as long as I can remember I had fingertips cracked so badly that I would often have to put bandaids on them. This winter, I thinkI used a bandaid once. Now that spring is coming, I have a few cracks because I've been less vigilant, but even so, the few cracks that have just popped up aren't bleeding or painful and are few in number. This product works as it says!

This is a product that I love. I gave one to my friend who goes monthly for a pedicure and she has used all kinds of creams, rubs, etc to get rid of the deep crevices in her heels to no avail. I introduced this product to her and she could not believe how 2 days of using Surgeons Skin Secret heeled her heels. Amazing product.

Great for man skin problems. Even got rid of a 25 year old plantar wart !!! Pleasant natural scent which reminds me of hay.

Not happy with it says no scent but it smelt like dog urine
