will a 4in fan fit the 6in hole?

Professor Autoflower uses a 6" fan and filter. He also uses a 2000 series light...all in a 2x2 tent. I'd buy big if planning techniques such as SOG. I'd also still run some clip fans, non oscillating as they tend to malfunction. Several youtubers grow in a 2x2 tent with amazing yields. Most fans and lights are dimmable. To add what previous poster mentioned, a intake and exhaust 4" would be great too....

Can this be used outside? Like can the outer part was get wet?

I wouldn't put it outside its not totaly waterproof with all the vent openings and you don't want any wildlife tearing it up and if it's real windy it could get blown around
