Really enjoy this hot sauce. It tastes great on fried rice, sandwiches and pizza so far and yes, it adds a good something. The extra hot was perfect for me as I love spicy food in general yet not too overpowering. I think it's a good value for the money just because of the flavor alone. Now I tend to keep it stocked. A definite must try.

Delicious flavor and HOT! I purchased this to make a sweet and spicy barbecue sauce for some chicken and pork and this definitely kicked up the flavor! The honey flavor is definitely there, and there is like a 2-3 second fuse on the bomb that goes off from the chiles. Its not a lingering heat though which keeps that "hurts so good" flavor going.

Our favorite hot honey. We use it on Brussels sprouts and sweet potatoes, among other things. A bit of an extra kick but not too much.

One star off for quality control as the bottle was smashed up on the bottom yet was shipping in a cardboard box with stuffing. The bottle leaned over like the Tower of Pisa when it was placed on the counter but I was more worried about damaged plastic leeching into the product. Who knows how long this bottle has been smashed, probably sent me a defective product as I know for a fact that it did not get smashed up in transit (cardboard box was intact).I am a Tabasco addict and a lover of Sendy Hot Sauce, so you have an idea of how much heat I prefer. I recently purchased Hot Honey Sauce from Trader Joe's and fell in love with the sweet heat so I ordered this product. I've ordered Mike's Hot Honey in the past but not this extra hot version, and let me tell you, this hot sauce is HOT. It's not joking around. A tiny drop will heat up your mouth pretty quickly. I made the mistake of pouring on a dollop on a piece of cracker with cheddar cheese and it was pretty over powering, but scaling back on the amount made the heat tolerable and yummy, instead of incendiary. I like to be able to taste my food, so the heat should complement the food, not over power it.I use hot honey on pizzas, cheese and crackers and sometimes to rim my cocktail glass before I dip it in salt or sugar.I like the flavor of the regular Mike's Hot Honey better, but this is a second-place runner up.

So good! I add it to my pizza dough mix and to my finished pizza!

Really nice habenero flavor. I didn't know I ordered the extra hot . I'll be looking into the original, for sure.

I really liked this product. Unlike other products that advertise "Hot", this one is very spicy. Good stuff.
