Excellent touchscreen with wide range of motion, eas of swipe and great sensitivity, Full HD ultra crisp movies and video games!
Love this touchscreen! I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I use it with a Velocity Micro Vector Z25 tower with Windows 8.1 operating system (The Velocity Micro computer is awesome with no bloatware and ultra fast SSD). Navigating Windows 8 with this touchscreen is incredibly easy. The sensitivity seems perfect and I can easily swipe between screens. The High Speed USB ports on the side easily recognize iPods, phones, etc. for charging and syncing with iTunes. Watching movies and playing video games is ultra crisp with this monitor's high definition. I am in a fairly shaded area, but I have noticed when there is a lot of sun there is a lot of glare. The glare doesn't bother me much as I use a Plasma TV as well which also has glare so I'm used to it and adjust. I don't use the built-in monitor speaker so I can't comment on the sound. I bought a set of Cerwin Vega XD3 desktop speakers which have great sound and deep bass and are relatively cheap, which I also purchased through Amazon due to the great reviews. This next part is something the manufacturer does not include in the instructions but should: When I removed the monitor from the box the folding stand on the back is locked (or so it feels) tightly against the back of the monitor. I assume the company does this so it does not get damaged in shipping, but there are no instructions on how to pull the stand out. After searching for a release button or something to unlock the stand (which I couldn't find) I decided to pull on the stand with some force away from the back of the monitor. I thought I was going to break the stand off. I tried several times to pull the stand away from the back fearing I would break the stand off. But finally I felt I had no other option and with a lot of courage and force pulled the stand away from the back of the monitor. You hear a loud snap as the stand releases from it's locked position. It was extremely nerve-racking, but that is how you do it, brute force. Once free the monitor has a great range of motion from 30-80 degrees for ease of use with the touchscreen. It tilts easily with one hand at the top of the monitor in both directions and stays firmly in the position you set it. I love this monitor, 5 stars!

This is an outstanding monitor and it works on Linux Ubuntu 20.04 perfectly
I bought this for my wife's online tutoring and teaching. When it arrived I expected some issues as we use Ubuntu Linux 20.04 LTS and the description wasn't real clear about whether it worked on Linux of any kind. I plugged up the included HDMI cable and it fired right up with a beautiful screen, very rich colors and fine detail. I then plugged up the USB cable that allow the operation of the touch screen and it work with absolutely no driver install etc. BONUS, when you tap on a text field, the touch keyboard pops up on the screen as well. We have experienced ZERO interference with the touch features, the mouse, the usb keyboard or the Wacom stylus pen tablet, they all work together seamlessly. The stand is very sturdy and attractive. All in all a superb piece of equipment.

Monitor is great; tech support
Monitor is great; tech support, not so great. Could not get the touchscreen to work and it was obvious the tech support had no tech training but was strictly following a troubleshooting guide. His solution - return the monitor because it "might be defective". after doing more research on my own, and contacting Startech support re: the pciexpress usb3.0 card I had the monitor plugged into, it turned out the card driver was incompatible with my motherboard (note - Startech support was awesome). switched out the card and touchscreen works. So great monitor, but zip for support.

Great addition to my Windows 10 touchscreen laptop.
This works great with my Windows 10 touchscreen HP laptop. I need to look at several things at once; i.e. comparing data. Maximizing/Minimizing windows and placing them side-by-size on just the laptop screen can only get me so far. Having this monitor next to my laptop now makes my work much more convenient. My laptop has an HDMI output which plugs into one of the two HDMI ports on the monitor. (The monitor also has a VGA input) I also have one of my USB 3.0 ports on my laptop plugged into the USB 3.0 port on the monitor (needed for the touchscreen). Note that the monitor has a USB 3.0 hub built-in; 3 USB 3.0 ports with one being a "power port" to charge your USB device. In other words, the monitor takes up one of my USB 3.0 ports on my laptop, but gives 3 USB 3.0 ports back on the left side of the monitor. The adjustable stand is also another plus. I can easily vary the tilt of the monitor by just pushing or lifting it. I noticed the built-in speakers are not that powerful, but I'm not using the monitor to watch videos or movies. (I can send the sound from my laptop to the monitor speakers via the HDMI cable) The color feels it can be crisper, but isn't too bad for me. (I am not doing any photography work) One thing I noticed is the documentation and the CD-ROM with additional documentation is really sparse. There is not really much information provided, especially with the setup menu. However, I did not really have any issue setting up the monitor though. All in all, I am happy as the touchscreen monitor works and suits my needs.

I bought this about a month ago for a co-worker who develops apps and needs a large touch screen for testing. I opened the box, plugged it into my Windows 10 laptop (fully updated but it's an older laptop) and it worked instantly. I didn't have to download any additional drivers, it just worked. Same story for my co-workers laptop. The other reviews complaining about it not working with Windows 10 probably didn't plug in the included USB cord that's required for the touch interface to work. Pros: - Works out of the box. - Very responsive to the touch and works as you expect. - IPS panel so it's good at all angles. - VESA mount compatible. - VGA and HDMI ports. - Three USB 3.0 ports; one being a high powered charging port. - Sleek design and the clear plastic 'stand' at the bottom can be removed for mounting. - Price is quite reasonable compared to other products on the market. Cons: - Resolution could be better. Yes it's only 23-inches but you're close to it because you have to touch it, so it looks sort of pixelated. - Lack of DisplayPort is a head scratcher. - Bezels could be smaller but not a deal breaker. Overall this product is excellent for the price and again IT DOES WORK WITH WINDOWS 10. UPDATE: Tested and works with Windows 11, too.

I bought this because I wanted a matching one that I bought in 2015, been using them for my Mobile work Lighting console for Film and Live Entertainment, have not had any major issues, I heard they where discontinuing them and bought one this past March 2022. I am very happy with is product and wish they kept making them. Acer did a amazing Job with this design its perfect for use indoors and outdoors in direct sunlight such as working out door music festivals. Worth the 600$ price take I don't regret them at all. The only noticeable issues is the built in USB hub can some times stop working for no reason, nothing a simple unplug re plug can't fix. To the Seller Thank you :) happy to find the last seller in Canada with stock :)

Bought it for my daughter so she could do some digital art. unfortunately, not a lot of good stylus is good for the touch screen. touch screen does work for Windows 10, you just have to plug the usb cable, can be annoying since there’s already the hdmi and power cable attached to it. overall, it does it’s job as a touch screen. not the best for digital art if that’s what you want to use it for

Excellent monitor, images are clear &sharp. Note that the clear plastic below the screen is actually quite dark. Mine is dark grey but you can still see through it. The stand is quite stable. The inputs at the back are a little hard to access because of the design, but manageable (meant for tiny hands I think). The speakers aren't the best but are of passable sound quality. Touchscreen works well - note that some others have had issues with this working only intermittently, but I haven't had any so far.
