as always this glycerna is fantastic!I mixed it with spinach, it's great, you dont taste the raw spinach in the smoothie but you are getting the rich vitamins and iron. I drink one day ( replacing one meal)Usually breakfast or lunch very rare dinner . I highly recommend this product if you if you are watching calories or carbs.
