This little massage ball has been so amazing for my at home workout routine. It preforms wonderfully with an intense and deep massaging effect when used correctly. I followed along with some YouTube videos to learn how to use it to massage my back, glutes, hamstrings, and shoulders. I use this mostly at home but it’s the perfect size and weight to throw into a gym back for a cool down after an intense workout.

For weeks I've struggled with a knot deep in my hamstring, unable to get to it because of its location. Foam rollers were too wide, and couldn't get in deep enough, and my hands quickly tired, because I was having to pull up against gravity to massage the knot.I've finally been able to get to the knot with the help of this ball, it's been such a relief! Would highly recommend for knots in hard-to-reach places. It's about 6cm in diameter, fits nicely in the palm of your hand. It's solid, but the surface is slightly soft, which is very comfortable for massaging.
