The packaging was pretty average to be honest, I can totally understand why some people got theirs broken. it's in a recycled box with a sheet of thin bubble wrap. Luckily mine was in good condition. THey are very very cute, but just worth noting that it's very apparent that they are made pretty cheaply. There was a lot of visable glue on mine so it's pretty clear someone just goes nuts with a hot glue gun to assemble these. Still, I think it's pretty cute and perfect for the decor i needed them for. From afar you can't see the glue. I'm looking forward to displaying them!
