Fits 4.80X12 tire perfectly
Fits 4.80X12 perfectly. It is a tight fit and needs to be worked over the tire to be even. Covers the back side of the tire to the rim! Made for spare tires.

Removed the welt.
I really liked this tire cover. It is made nicely. I did re-sew it and removed the welt from it because the welt was very wavy and would not straighten out. It made the spare tire cover look terrible, but once I removed the welt and resewed it, adding a deck sew, it looks great!
