These work great in securing my resistance bands to my door so that I can use them. They just slip right into the space where the door is open and then I shut the door and the resistance band becomes secure. I like the fact that they are a sturdy material that does not scratch or damage my door also.

Decades ago, my PT office sold this to me. I have a nasty habit of misplacing these. I've bought more expensive ones that were almost too thick for the door. Then I stumbled upon these. A few of these, some Therabands, straps or tubes, some carabiners (if you like), maybe a pulley and rope and a latching door and you could have your own Gym Totally Full disclosure: just because I suggested what you could do doesn't mean I've gotten off my lazy rear and done it myself. But over the years, using this and Therabands, I've done back, pecs, biceps, triceps and traps following and in leiu of shoulder surgeries. And glutes, hips, quads and hammies for a myriad of leg issues including a recent knee replacement . If I put it all together in one workout, I could make a commercial.

Does what it’s supposed to. Easy to use.

It has a MUCH smaller ball that keeps the cord from sliding through the door. I have had several of the larger ones and they work fine too, but this one is so easy to use and store. It slips into a pocket or a pack with no effort. I usually keep the Thera band looped inside the holder so the unit is ready anytime I am. I have been using this for some weeks now and am still very pleased. You won't be sorry you tried it!!!

The product quality is good my only complaint is that the “stopper” is really small and while closing the door it can easily slip out of place. But a minor issue very, I’m happy with the product thanks again.
