Aromatica Organics Salmon and Fish Seasoning, 14-Ounce

So yummy! Melt some butter and add the rub. Heating the seasoning before you smear it on the fish brings out the flavor. My favorite is to use it on Salmon. Then sear it on the grill. FANTASTIC!!!

If you like "burned" / "blackened" taste, you might like it? I don't, so, after one try on Salmon, it went into the trash!

I think they changed the recipe. We used to buy this at Costco, or at least a similar seasoning by the same maker.

I received it very quick. I have not opened the bottle, but this spice is something I use every time I cook salmon. It's great!

Nice herbs and spice that I used to get from Costco, but they don't carry it any more.

The baked steelhead was great!

A good substitute for the no-longer-available-at-Sam's-or-Costco Tone's Salmon and Seafood Seasoning. I add a dash of dried dill to enhance the flavor along with a dash of lemon juice - and it's as good as it gets.
