Q: Do the handles get hot?

If heating things to boiling, the cover handle does get hot and requires a hot pad. The handles on the pans get warm, but touchable. No problem with hot handles on the frying pans when used on the stovetop. If used in the oven, yes, they do get hot. Absolutely love this set of pans. We use them daily and they still look like they did the day we received them.
