Tylenol Extra Strength Dissolve Packs are a game changer! Once you master getting into the packet, it’s the easiest and fastest acetaminophen delivery system out there. As soon as it hits your tongue, you get a great berry flavor and as quickly as you’re aware that it’s there, it’s gone. No glass of water needed. Easy to throw a few in your pocket/purse/wallet… So much easier than keeping a pill container in your purse. They’re obviously more expensive than their caplet or capsule counterparts, but I believe the advantages outweigh the disadvantages.

I used to have to take children's liquid medications as I have issues with swallowing pills, and so happy when this came out. It is quick, easy, and not a bad taste. Just put it on my tongue and let it dissolve. Get pain relief and glad I have something I can now take that is for adults. And the packets are great to travel, put in my purse or in the car.

What a great options over swallowing pills. It actually tastes excellent and it seems to work faster on pain than a pill convenient powder packets. No water needed so great for anytime you might not have something handy to drink.

This is a great product as I have a rare swallowing condition that makes it very difficult to swallow but these allow me to take something to cure my headaches and it tastes great, like a sweet tart.

This was great to use when I had surgery and was not allowed any solid foods or medications. It was fast acting and the taste was actually good. Good to carry a couple in a purse or handbag or even keep on the armrest of the car.

Like many, over the years I’ve taken Tylenol (a.k.a. acetaminophen or paracetamol) in many different forms for all kinds of pain. This formulation is the best I’ve ever tried. Tablets, for some, require water or food to be swallowed; liquid medicine is not something you can easily keep in your pocket or purse, and it expires quickly. But with this powder, you just pour it directly on your tongue, and it dissolves almost instantly leaving a pleasant aftertaste. What’s not to love?My one issue with this product is the packaging. I tried several times to open these packets with my hands, nails, and teeth. I never could do it. It just doesn’t tear - it kind of stretches. So, every time I ended up using scissors or a knife. But this kind of packet is perfectly suited for carrying with you, so opening it easily with your hands should be a requirement. I call on the Tylenol manufacturer to change the packaging to something that can be opened more easily. I understand that the reason for this packaging material is probably to make it waterproof, which is also important, but maybe both can be done?
