Q: Are all the flavors dairy-free (meaning they don’t contain any deritive of cow’s milk)?

From what I’ve read and have personal eaten, all the flavours are dairy free. I’m lactose intolerant and I have not had an issue with these at all!

Q: I'm seeing many bad reviews about not receiving 30 bars of different variety. will i receive 30 rxbars of multiple variety?

Expect random results. For a while, the 30 pack contained three boxes of 10, with each box having the same 10 flavors. Two orders ago, I got six different flavors in a single box, and the wrapping of some of the bars had burst. The next order returned to three boxes of 10 different flavors. Today, I got an order that had had 10 flavor, but there was: one bar each of two different flavors, two of another, three bars each of five different flavors, five of another, six of another. In this order, it looked as if the bars had been handled a lot — some bars were crumpled and the wrapping was scuffed on others. Amazon does not allow returns for food, even if you receive something different than what was described. If you’re willing to spend a lot of time, you might be able to get a refund. Today’s order was the breaking point for me. I will no longer buy items like this from Amazon.

Q: I didn’t get any chocolate peanut butter bars? Is the assorted variety different each time?

I’m not sure. The two times I ordered them I got chocolate peanut butter. Does it give the flavors in the description?

Q: How many calories? Please include real nutrition label in descriptions?

I believe each bar is approximately 200 calories. There doesn't seem to be anything saying exactly where they come from. So pretty much the bar should be eaten as an option to replace a meal if you are dieting. But the ingredients seem healthy enough and most flavors are pretty tasty.
