Great customer service.
I bought this adapter for my G27 wheel. In the pictures it shows a straight plug but when I go mine it was a 90 degree plug. I contacted customer support and they were super. They gave me a full refund without question and even told me to keep the wrong adapter. Would recommend if for no other reason than the support.
