How does the xylitol content compare to that in Spry alcohol-free mouthwash? (No contents list shown.)

I am not sure but I stopped using it. It made my gums a little sore. It was a little harsh for me. My husband likes it but I prefer mouthwash that are alcohol free.

Part of my after-surgery protocol to support healing

My acupuncturist recommended this product to help with dry mouth (from mouth-breathing) after nasal surgery. Xylitol is an antibacterial and works to reduce inflammation. This same doctor also recommended Xlear Nasal Spray for alleviating congestion, cleaning, and hydration to support healing. The mouthwash has a strong mint flavor.
