I love this book! It contains nutritional & medical information, written by a certified clinical nutritionist who cares about your health. This diet, along with ample exercise, transformed my body into a lean living machine. It works!

Great Book! It seems to be working for me!
Well, I've been reading this book and following it for 2 months now. I haven't been a 100% about it, eating some carbs at night, and I cheat a few times. But I have been following the work out regimen and I have noticed a difference in how I feel and my energy level. I feel that I have leaned up. I feel great!I bought both this book and his other book, Lean Bodies Total Fitness and I liked his other one better. There are more workout regimens and it has some recipes. But both were extremely helpful for my energy level and endurance.

I bought this book a long time ago. I thought I had posted a review, I am so sorry for the oversight. The seller was a joy to buy from! She was very friendly and answered all my questions. Packaging was great with speedy delivery! This is a great book and was so happy to find it! Once again, I am sorry for not getting the review done. It absolutely has no bearing on the seller!!! She is A++++++!

great book
Great book. It has alot of great information and it is an easy read. It has changed the way I eat and my protein intake. It has helped me figure it out why I feel weak sometimes and it help me set a better goal on nutrition and eating for my specific training. I am a marathoner and a body builder. Helps to know what you need to eat to get stronger.

Good Book with good recipes
I had this book YEARS ago and lost it. I liked the recipes in the book and I did lose weight when I followed them, soI ordered the book again.The seller sent the book quickly and was what he/she advertised.

Recommend
Lost 20 pounds following the dietary and exercise guidelines. Sometimes the food was to much to eat, but I got used to it. My go-to guide whenever I need a touchup.
