I can not believe the difference from taking these. I started on Monday of this week. They make me full and I eat smaller meals. I have energy and I am able to go up and down stairs without pain. I have lost 3 pounds so far!

Started taking this a week ago. I recently stopped ozempic and I was always hungry no matter what I ate, gained 6 lbs despite eating healthy foods. Itchy skin…
Just started taking these supplements and I did experience itchy skin. I have reduced my dosage in 1/2 and I haven’t experience the itching. Not sure if I will repurchase.

Much stronger than anything I have ever tried
I took half recommended dose with breakfastand within an hour I felt dizzy and nauseous.Ran to restroom to throw up… thought I might faint!
