Q: Hi, can you add water straight into the bag and skip having to use a bowl to mix in? This would be ideal for camping. Thanks!

The batter puffs up after mixing with water. The bag is too small to mix and keep entire powder in it. The only way around it is to pour out most of the dry powder mix in a bowl and set it aside. Leave enough of the powder mix in the bag to make one or maybe two pancakes, etc.

Q: How much pancake u can get from packages ?

is there a definitive answer? first basic elementary answer is that it depends on what size pancake...as in small pancakes result in more pancakes...?????

Q: What’s the shelf life?

I always check the expiration date on anything i use…especially baking items/sent w mini waffle maker to grandsons at school and they n friends loved making in dorm rooms for snacks! Mini choc chips even better mixed in batter!

Not sure…i use entire pkg for fam! Grandboys at school same…i would suggest a clip or Tupperware container for leftover product…really yummy so goes fast!
