Great camera for niche costumers.
The building quality of this product is awesome, the installation is pretty straightforward just connect the usb to your pc and is ready to be used. This camera is pretty big so expect a chunk of space taken from your monitor. The sony lens are pretty good and gets the job done, even if you do not use the HDMI port to get 4k resolution from it, The 1080p resolution is awesome at 60 frames per second. I’ve also tried the iris feature and the lens actually follows you if you move out of the frame, the camera Itself does not move but you can see the lens movement as you move out of the picture, I really loved this feature but i cannot find a good use for me because I’m always siting in the same position in my meetings. This camera is meant for people that teach, students or someone that actually use a dashboard on zoom meetings. If you are going to use this camera for regular job meetings i cannot recommend this product to you.

Easy install and great picture quality!
Purchased this for use in my office with new company as the one provided was stock/low quality and had used a Nexigo HD camera in prior office. This unit was an upgrade from last purchased. Same falling-off-a-bike simple install straight out of the box, though the plastic "clamp" mechanism on this unit has actually taken a few steps backwards from the last one I purchased... with the front lip of the clamp lacking some of the depth of the earlier model, resulting in less grip on the edge of one's screen (and so, a slightly less stable mount for the camera). As long as the camera isn't anticipated to be moved anytime soon, this small challenge can be easily rectified by placing a small piece of double-sided tape on the underside of the clamp lip. No software needed to download, the Nexigo is ready-to-go as soon as you've plugged it into your computer and updated A/V settings to replace default camera and mic with that of the Nexigo unit just installed. Great, hi-rez picture with broad field of view. Dual/omni-directional mics do a nice job of picking up voice. Overall a GREAT camera for the price!!

NexiGo has remarkable customer support.
I had a user instigated issue that caused my brand new NexiGo Iris camera to fail shortly after I received it. NexiGo lists an email and a phone number for customer support. I decided to send a description of the problem and the steps I had already taken to remedy the problem, via email. A few minutes later I received a response from customer support. I fully expected it to be a generic.."We'll get back to you within 48 hours" response...so I was amazed to see a complete solution to my specific issue including detailed instructions and links for updating the camera's firmware. Which solved the problem. The customer service person wrote in perfect English, was very knowledgable about the camera and guided me through the process with several minute by minute emails to check on my progress. I have not seen customer service like that for thirty years, It was wonderful. If you are looking for a company that really and truly backs their products with one on one help...NexiGo is the place to look... By the way, I love the Iris camera. It makes great images and is easy to set-up and work with. The remote features are amazing...I use it as one of three HDMI cameras and a powerpoint run through a switcher in a multi-camera live Zoom feed. The customer is VERY happy with the results.

Lots of features for those that need them
The camera is packaged like you'd expect something in this price range to be, which is nice. After unboxing, it comes with everything shown in the pictures. It's fairly large for a webcam, but I was still able to mount it above a monitor without issues. It also has a threaded hole in the bottom for a tripod or similar setup. It has an HDMI cable to connect to a box or screen, along with the USB connection for a computer. In my testing with a computer with monitors, the camera worked right out of the box with MS Teams video calls with no configuration. Using the remote I was able to adjust a lot of picture settings to make me and my background look much better and visible. The zoom function and face following worked well. It's cool that the camera doesn't need to be motorized to follow as you move, as long as you're not moving far. The microphone quality is also very good, and I could be heard clearly without needing to speak too loudly. It didn't sound like I was in a box or anything either like some other webcam mics do. Overall, this is a very good webcam, and I could see it being very useful if you did a lot of remote presentations. For just a standard video call it may be a little overkill, but still worked great for that also. One thing I'd like to see is Windows Hello available on it, but I knew that was missing going in.

The Nexigo Iris provides superior, fantastic, and astounding 4k visual quality.
I'd been looking for a new webcam with all of the features I wanted. A camera that would last far into the future, and the Nexigo Iris met my needs. I was aware with the name (NEXIGO) and knew they had established a solid reputation as one of the leading webcam businesses around. I knew the 4k camera's quality might not be upscaled like the other brands on the market, and after some research, I learned it was a true 4k webcam. The camera setup was quite basic and straightforward. The camera comes with one sturdy cable, a USB 3.0 cable with a USB-C to USB-A adapter. No HDMI cable included. USB 3.0 cable gives it the power and transfer speed to make a webcam record at 4k 30fps or 1080p at 60fps.Since many people don't understand how it works, you MUST have an USB 3.0 port on your computer to use the 4k features (and yes, it's compatible with USB 2.0 ports, but you won't be able to use all of its power). HDMI allows the camera to operate in "monitor view," which mirrors the camera's view onto an external monitor. The camera includes a cover clip that you can slide to open or close for privacy, as well as a remote control with all of the camera settings. The device is plug & play, simple to use, and has a decent weight to give it a premium feel and appearance. When you begin utilizing the webcam, you will see autofocus and auto light correction with high dynamic range (HDR) in action. The innovative onboard AI tracking system monitors motions and makes rapid changes on the fly. There are three fields of view, you are not confined to a single default. The three aspects are 55-degree, 81-degree, and 90-degree. If you're not sure what each has to offer, here's a quick rundown. The 55-degree view displays a close-up of your face, the 81-degree view is more balanced with your face and some of the background, and the 90-degree view shows more of the scene with you in the center. This cam is amazing and unbelievably nice. I was blown away by the crisp clean 60fps @1080p as soon as my feed went live. I increased the resolution to 4k and it was just as flawless with no stutter or frame loss. It has a high-quality dual stereo omnidirectional microphone with noise cancellation to eliminate background noise and improve voice clarity. So far, I haven't experienced any issues with my voice being distorted, echoing, or producing a hollow sound. The mic has a range of up to 20 feet. Here are just some of the features and technical specs: Digital zoom up to 10x digital zoom Autofocus 10 - 90 inches focus ranges AI Auto tracking and auto framing Picture-in-Picture Mode Onboard flash memory Low Light Correction Image sensor is a Sony STARVIS back illuminated sensor Has three different fields of view - 55V, 81H or 90D. 10-layer glass lens Supports 4K Ultra HD 2160p/30fps USB 3.0 Output: MJPEG/H.264 3840 x 2160@30/25fps, 1920 x 1080@60/50/30/25fps, 1280 x 720@60/50/30/25fps, etc. YUY2/NV12 1920 x 1080@60/50/30/25fps, 1280 x 720@60/50/30/25fps, etc. HDMI Output: 30fps mode 3840 x 2160fps@30/25fps, 1920 x 1080@30/25fps 60fps mode 1920 x 1080@60/50fps, 1280 x 720@60/50fps Multi OS support Windows 7 (Supports 1080p or lower), Windows 8.1/10/11 or later, and MacOS 10.10 or later are also supported. Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Skype for Business, Google Meet, Slack, Webex, OBS, Xsplit, and many other applications are supported. Color parameters can be changed using software. Download the free program from the URL indicated on the box or visit the Nexigo website. Overall: Excellent sound quality, crystal-clear video, autofocus, auto tracking, auto light correction, three customizable fields of view, high dynamic range (HDR), the camera's image quality is remarkable, and it offers a good choice of resolutions for still image and video capture. A little pricey, and in the past, it didn't actually translate to 'quality,' because webcams have a fairly low threshold. But this broke the norm; it delivers on what consumers have desired in webcams for over a decade. It is completely worth the money. This thing is fantastic.

Not the best
I purchased the NexiGo HelloCam Pro a few months ago, and while it has some good features, there are a few drawbacks that limit its overall performance. The positives first: the video quality is decent, providing clear and sharp images during video calls and recordings. The 1080p resolution and autofocus work well to keep me in focus, and the built-in microphone captures audio clearly enough for virtual meetings. However, there are a few issues that detract from the experience. The field of view is narrower than I expected, requiring frequent adjustments to fit everything I need into the frame. This can be inconvenient, especially during dynamic or group calls. Additionally, while the setup was relatively easy, the camera sometimes has trouble maintaining a stable connection with my computer. I've had instances where the webcam disconnected unexpectedly, disrupting my calls and forcing me to troubleshoot mid-meeting. Overall, the NexiGo HelloCam Pro is an average webcam that delivers decent video and audio quality but is hampered by a narrow field of view and occasional connectivity issues. It's a reasonable option for basic use, but those looking for a more reliable and versatile webcam might want to consider other options.

Windows Hello works great! Much improved video meetings
Awesome camera, much better than the camera it replaced. I look much better for video meetings AND what a quick login to my computer with Windows Hello! It works fantastically! Don't hesitate to purchase this camera. I'm using on a Win 11 Pro desktop. Very secure attachment to the monitor. Very hefty camera as well, showing good quality!
