This is an amazing duster - worth every penny and the slow shipping! I have extremely high cathedral ceilings, skylights and fans in one of the rooms that were thoroughly cleaned about 2 years ago when I bought my home. (I'm not saying that my entire home hasn't been cleaned, only where the super high things are.) My housekeeper has tried everything we could think of including standing on a stepladder with a long duster that's close to 8 feet. Nothing worked and I didn't want some handyman coming inside with a dirty long ladder to have them cleaned and creating a mess. I'm a little compulsive about having everything clean 100% of the time and a small cobweb way up high was driving me crazy. This duster reached everything with no problem! It's just as described and can easily reach a 20 foot ceiling and it isn't flimsy either. It also came with the extension rod and the yellow duster fit right inside. The pole extended by gently being twisted and pulled. This came with a microfiber cloth that can be used for dusting furniture without scratching the surface. This took longer to arrive than I would have thought, but it's worth waiting for! I would definitely recommend this for anyone who has a hard to reach area in their home - this is money well spent!

Finally found an extension long enough to clean high ceiling. Easy to use and works well. Highly recommend!

If, like myself, you don't have a lot of strength in your arms, this Duster to be used for Ceiling Fans not really a good choice. DUSTER HEAD: not as it appears Online, not flexible for shaping to curve over Fan Blade {top & sides}, and the diameter of the Pole is kind of bigger than most. Personally, I can't use it. Regrettably, I tried to RETURN; however that became a frustrating issue. Amazon will no longer email a Return Shipping Label to be affixed to the Package so it can simply be dropped off at a UPS and/or FedEx Store for Return. They email you the Return Code which you have to scan on your phone {which I don't have a Smart Phone so I can't do that}. So I printed the Scan Code and took it with me to our local UPS Store {actually, I went to two different places}; however; they didn't have the new equipment to enable them to Scan the Code into the Computer so they could not get the UPS Return Label to Return my package. I finally just gave the Duster away and ate the $30.00+ it had cost me.As an Online Customer of Amazon, I do not appreciate the difficulty now in needing to make a RETURN.

The first pole/duster that I received took about two weeks to arrive and came slightly damaged; clearly there was a problem with the shipper. I wrote to the seller with some pics of the damage and she apologized for the inconvenience and shipped a new one out right away. I got it in about three days.The extension rod and duster work perfectly in my large "dance hall." Make no mistake, this is a lightweight pole so it's not good for anything might require a lot of force like scrubbing second-story windows or using a paint roller. But's great for dusting ceiling fans, vents, ceiling beams...

I like the extension rod and the length it extends to. I wish the brush was a little stiffer.Some people probably like it because it will bend over ledges. The problem is you have tokeep straightening it. Overall it is much better than what I was using.

I will probable be buying another one for the Cabin. It is so awesome.

High dusting. Very long. Dont reccomend only because the end does not stay put. It twists around when trying to dust. Very disappointed. Otherwise it gets the job done. The seller did however, work with me and sent a new one out to me at no charge. Maybe I just got a faulty one.

I work as a cleaning lady and I have a 6000 square-foot log cabin to clean. I can reach every single beam in that entire house. And that includes the beam and anchor at the very top of the roof. I love this. It gets light fixtures that are super high up and corners of ceilings And walls. Moldings. I’ve used it for everything and it has saved my neck. Would recommend this to anyone
